Parking Rates Change Starting May 14

DEN will increase parking fees at certain parking facilities and reduce the price of Premium Reserve parking starting May 14, 2025. The changes come as parking management and shuttle costs at DEN have increased by an average of 44.5 % over the last three years.

Most Airline Counters Move to Temporary Locations

DEN is temporarily relocating 24 airline check-in/bag drop counters as construction continues on the Great Hall Program. Between April 9 and June 30, the counters at the south end of Jeppesen Terminal’s east and west sides will be temporarily moving from Level 6 to Level 5. These airlines will remain on Level 5 in their temporary operation through mid-2027.

Music Takes Flight at DEN’s 2024 Concerts on the Fly Summer Series

Free Live Music at DEN on Sundays this Summer

DENVER July 3, 2024 – What’s better than an outdoor concert in the summer? Listening to live music outside while watching planes take off. That’s right, Denver International Airport (DEN) is kicking off the 2nd annual Concerts on the Fly series! In partnership with Live @ Jack’s, the FREE, six-week summer concert series will feature well-known acts like Maysa, Ambrosia, The Motet, Dotsero, Paul Taylor and Michael Lington, Chris Daniels & the Kings and more.

“We’re pleased to be bringing back Concerts on the Fly for a second year. This year we’re expanding beyond jazz and will be showcasing local and national talent representing a broad array of musical genres,” DEN CEO Phil Washington said. “We hope that these concerts bring passengers and locals alike something unexpected and joyful.”

The outdoor concerts will take place from 2 to 6 p.m. every Sunday, July 28 through Sept. 1. on DEN’s 82,000-square-foot open-air plaza, located between the South Security TSA Checkpoint on the south end of the Jeppesen Terminal and The Westin Denver International Airport Hotel and Transit Center. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m.

Complimentary tickets will be available two weeks prior to each upcoming concert.

PARKING AND OTHER INFORMATION

Park on the Plaza is located pre-security, is open to the public and is just steps from the RTD A-Line station at DEN. Travel on the A-Line is encouraged.

For those who choose to drive, the airport parking garage is a short walk to the Park on the Plaza and costs $7/hour. If driving to the event, guests are encouraged to park in the southern-most lot located adjacent to The Westin, on either the east or west side of the terminal. View real-time parking availability.

EVENT REGISTRATION

Although the event is free, there are a limited number of tickets available, and guests must register in advance. Attendees can register by visiting FlyDenver.com/concerts. Food and drinks will be available for purchase on site. Guests are also welcome to bring food, low-to-the-ground lawn chairs or blankets and non-alcoholic beverages.
