Parking Rates Change Starting May 14
DEN will increase parking fees at certain parking facilities and reduce the price of Premium Reserve parking starting May 14, 2025. The changes come as parking management and shuttle costs at DEN have increased by an average of 44.5 % over the last three years.

DEN is temporarily relocating 24 airline check-in/bag drop counters as construction continues on the Great Hall Program. Between April 9 and June 30, the counters at the south end of Jeppesen Terminal’s east and west sides will be temporarily moving from Level 6 to Level 5. These airlines will remain on Level 5 in their temporary operation through mid-2027.

DENVER – Feb. 25, 2025 – Denver International Airport (DEN) is expanding its “DEN Travel Assist” services, a program designed to help travelers in need of extra assistance navigate DEN efficiently and with ease. Effective March 1, 2025, DEN Travel Assist will be serviced by Airport Butler to support travelers as DEN prepares to serve 100 million passengers.
Airport Butler can provide meet and assist services to include, but not limited to, meeting customers curbside, check-in and luggage assistance, navigating TSA security checkpoints or help determining the best ground transportation options for travelers’ journey beyond DEN.
In addition to their meet and assist services at DEN, Airport Butler will offer personalized services including car service reservation, lounge access and other customized options to fit travelers’ unique needs such as personal shopping while waiting at the gate and more.
Whether customers are arriving, departing or connecting, their concierge agents are available to guide travelers through their airport journey. Airport Butler will provide domestic and international departure and connection assistance along with domestic arrivals. International arrival service is expected to begin in April.
