Parking Rates Change Starting May 14
DEN will increase parking fees at certain parking facilities and reduce the price of Premium Reserve parking starting May 14, 2025. The changes come as parking management and shuttle costs at DEN have increased by an average of 44.5 % over the last three years.

DEN is temporarily relocating 24 airline check-in/bag drop counters as construction continues on the Great Hall Program. Between April 9 and June 30, the counters at the south end of Jeppesen Terminal’s east and west sides will be temporarily moving from Level 6 to Level 5. These airlines will remain on Level 5 in their temporary operation through mid-2027.

DENVER – Mar. 11, 2017 – Southwest Airlines Co. and Denver International Airport (DEN) celebrated the inaugural nonstop flight to Belize City, Belize today. Belize is a new international destination for DEN and is currently Denver’s 4th largest market in Central America.
“Every time we add an international destination to our network, we further engrain Denver in the global market,” said Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock. “We couldn’t do this without the support of our great airline partners at Southwest Airlines and we are thankful for their commitment to Denver and our passengers.”
Belize sits on the eastern coast of Central America and is known around the world for its reef scuba diving, fishing, beaches and eco-tourism. More than 15,000 passengers travel between Denver and Belize City annually on connecting service.
“DEN continues to grow its international network, offering passengers more opportunities to explore the world and discover new places for relaxation,” said airport CEO Kim Day. “Today, we are excited to inaugurate nonstop service to Belize to facilitate an exotic experience in Central America for our community.”
The new service initially will operate once weekly, on Saturdays, increasing in June to twice a week, on Saturdays and Sundays during peak season for Belize travel, from March 11 through August 13. The flight is scheduled initially to depart DEN at 10:30 a.m., and arrive in Belize City at 3:50 p.m. (local times). These times will change slightly throughout the operating season. The nonstop service will operate using a 737-700 with 143 seats.

With the addition of Belize City, DEN now has service to 20 international destinations in eight countries, and more than 180 total nonstop destinations.
