Are you looking for a local Colorado company to grow with? We are looking for friendly, happy and motivated retail Sales Associates for our kiosks located in the Denver International Airport! We are a growing grassroots lifestyle brand with a mission to spread happiness and adventure to all! We are proud to say that we are moving more into ECO products and are utilizing mainly recycled materials to make our shirts, hats and more! If this interests you then this position may be for you!
We are looking for upbeat, cheerful individuals to interact with passengers, telling them all about our story and providing them with a happy experience! Associates will be responsible for all sales job duties, from cashiering to restocking the unit. Sales Associate duties include working closely with customers explaining products, answer any questions they have and recommend products they may be interested in!
Reliability is a must! Previous sales experience is awesome, but not required. You will be trained on kiosk operations, protocols and products. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product knowledge and maintain our kiosk’s visual appearance of the highest standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to provide outstanding customer service, while consistently meeting the goals of Be Hippy.
Hourly wage is $16/hour + commision!!
Make $18 – $20 easy depending on sales!
**Employees may qualify for a monthly bonus!**
Responsibilities!!
Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Assist with customers needs and provide information on products
Greet passengers who approach the kiosk and build rapport with customers
“Go above and beyond” to drive sales
Maintain stock on the unit and keep all areas presentable
Stay up to date on product knowledge
Process POS (point of sale) purchases
Handle returns
Skills!
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Basic Math skills
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Familiarity with inventory procedures
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service/sales focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address inquiries in a timely manner
Availability to work flexible shifts!
