Parking Rates Change Starting May 14

DEN will increase parking fees at certain parking facilities and reduce the price of Premium Reserve parking starting May 14, 2025. The changes come as parking management and shuttle costs at DEN have increased by an average of 44.5 % over the last three years.

Most Airline Counters Move to Temporary Locations

DEN is temporarily relocating 24 airline check-in/bag drop counters as construction continues on the Great Hall Program. Between April 9 and June 30, the counters at the south end of Jeppesen Terminal’s east and west sides will be temporarily moving from Level 6 to Level 5. These airlines will remain on Level 5 in their temporary operation through mid-2027.

Ground Transportation

If you are interested in joining our fleet, the first step is to complete the form below to request a registration packet.

The airport’s Parking and Transportation Office manages all ground transportation companies providing services to travelers using DEN. Providers include taxis, hotel shuttles, luxury limousines, commuter shuttles, mountain carriers, off-airport parking and charter buses.

Once you have reviewed the packet, call or e-mail the Ground Transportation Office for assistance in completing the registration process.

Required Operating Permit Paperwork

  • Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and/or Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration registration(s) and/or letters of authority, if applicable.
  • A completed City and County of Denver Insurance Requirements document (Microsoft Word)
  • Operating Permit generated by DEN staff for approval and signature by the Director of Parking and Transportation. New company representatives must participate in a scheduled registration and operational orientation.
  • A completed AVI Application (Adobe PDF)
  • Hotels, off-airport parking shuttles and other companies providing courtesy ground transportation must provide a copy of a business license indicating their legal business name. All paperwork submitted must use the same company name(s).
  • A Performance Bond of $500 per vehicle and an AVI tag deposit of $50 are required and payable by credit or debit card ONLY. Cash, cashier’s check, company checks and money orders are not accepted.
