If your submission is successfully received, you will receive an email confirmation. The Commerce Hub Scheduling Office will contact you six- to eight-weeks prior to the requested event or meeting to notify you of DEN’s availability.
Community members can volunteer to serve as Community Panelists on DEN procurement evaluation panels.
Volunteers of an evaluation panel help the airport select the most qualified, responsive and responsible proposal while also gaining insight into the DEN procurement process and an understanding of elements that make a proposal successful.
