The Junior League of Denver, Incorporated (founded in 1918), is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Denver International Airport (DEN) partnered with the Junior League of Denver for its exhibit that highlighted the League’s 100-year legacy in the Denver metro area.
Founded in 1918, the Junior League of Denver brings signature programs to the community such as Read2Kids, Done in a Day and Kids Connect. The all-woman organization is comprised of nearly 2,000 members who are committed giving back to their community, developing the potential of women and building strong relationships with women.
The 100th anniversary themed exhibit celebrated the Junior League’s impact on the community. Displays featured photographs, historical artifacts such as a 1928 Follies clutch, legendary Junior League of Denver cookbooks and much more.
