Notice of Public Rule-Making Hearing
The Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Aviation for the City and County of Denver proposes to adopt amended rules for Management, Operation, and Control of the Denver Municipal Airport System:
The rule is proposed under C.R.S. §24-72-203(1)(a) and D.R.M.C. §5-16.
The complete text of the proposed Part 125 Rule amendment is on file with, and may be examined at, the office of the City Clerk. Also, a copy of the proposed Part 125 – Customer Facility Charges has been posted on the Denver International Airport website at the link above.
A public rule-making hearing will be held to receive public comments on the proposed Rule Part 125 on April 29, 2024 at 4 p.m. The rule-making hearing will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams Live Event at the following link:
Interested parties who wish to participate in the virtual hearing shall submit a written notice of intent to participate by e-mail to: [email protected]. Such notices must be received by April 25, 2024 at 5 p.m.
You do not have to attend the hearing to submit comments on the proposed rules. Written comments on the proposed Part 125 will be received until 5 p.m. on April 29, 2024, if sent by email to: [email protected].
